Storage used in this version

The FORTZA.RO SRL site uses the browser’s local storage for privacy preferences, for showing the promotional offer and for your conversation with the assistant. These are strictly necessary. Google Tag Manager loads only with your consent (see “Optional categories”).

Key Technology Purpose Duration
fortza-consent localStorage Stores your analytics and marketing choices, with the date and version of the choice The choice is recognised for 6 months; after that we ask again
fortza-consent-id localStorage A random identifier linking your choices to their record as proof (see below) Until you clear the site data in your browser
fortza-promo-seen sessionStorage Avoids showing the promotional window again in the same tab session The browser tab session
fortza-assistant sessionStorage Keeps your conversation with the assistant while you move between pages The browser tab session; also cleared with “New conversation”
fortza-assistant-pass sessionStorage The anti-bot confirmation for the assistant, so the check is not repeated at every question 30 minutes, at most the tab session

These values do not contain your name, phone, email or the content of the forms. They are strictly necessary for the features you use, so they need no consent. If your browser blocks storage, the preferences apply only to the current page and the promotional window is not shown.

Proof of your choice

When you choose (“Accept all”, “Reject optional” or “Save my choice”), the choice is also recorded on our server as proof of consent: the date and time, the categories accepted, the banner text shown, the version of this policy, the language, the page, the IP address pseudonym and the browser type, linked only to the random identifier fortza-consent-id. The records are deleted automatically after 3 years. Details in the Privacy policy.

Optional categories (Google Tag Manager)

Under “Cookie settings” you can accept or reject analytics and marketing separately. Both categories are off by default.

If you accept at least one of them, we load Google Tag Manager from googletagmanager.com. It is a tool through which we may later add statistics or campaign measurement services. Google Tag Manager does not set cookies; when it loads, Google receives the technical data of the connection (IP address, browser information) and your choice for each category (Google Consent Mode v2). Without consent, nothing is loaded from Google.

No statistics or advertising service is connected at present (for example Google Analytics or Google Ads) and no optional cookies are set. Before connecting such a service, we add it to this page, with its cookies and durations, and ask for your choice again.

The provider is Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Data may be transferred to Google LLC (USA), certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Details in Google’s privacy policy.

Changing your choice

You can reopen “Cookie settings” at any time from the footer of any page. Rejecting the optional categories does not prevent access to the catalogue, the forms or the contact details.

You can also delete the stored values in your browser settings. After deleting them, the banner is shown again.

External services

The video on the home page is hosted locally. YouTube clips in articles load from youtube-nocookie.com only after you press the play button. The provider then receives the technical data needed for the connection.

Anti-bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile). When you send a form or ask the assistant its first question, a check that tells visitors from automated programs is loaded from challenges.cloudflare.com. Cloudflare receives the technical data it needs (IP address, browser information) and may use its own storage strictly for this check. It is needed to keep the forms and the assistant secure.

Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and social networks open those services only when you click them. These services have their own policies. The site does not automatically load maps, social plugins or external chat scripts.

The tax ID (CUI) check sends the company code to the public ANAF register through the site’s own endpoint. It does not send the contact person’s name, phone, email or construction site details. What happens to form data and to questions asked to the assistant is described in the Privacy policy.
